Side plate was laid out by hand in the shed after a fair bit of staring at the original, getting the proportions right and getting the feel right. Once it was drawn up, it was sent off to be laser cut locally, every Reynolds side plate is identical. Sharp, accurate, and properly Australian-made.
From the side plate up, every Reynolds Liner is hand built from raw stock — cut, machined, TIG welded and finished on the bench. The jigs for this frame were made specifically for the Reynolds, so every one comes off the bench inside the same tolerances and to the same high standard. Old-school feel, modern-day consistency.
Fitted as standard with the True Blue Iron vice — spring-loaded eccentric cam with a 304 stainless cam tooth that holds up under heavy use. Takes any tube style without splitting the base, without the mucking about. Less vibration, more rigidity, and a tool that gets out of the way of the work.

what you get
Every machine is made one at a time, in the order it comes in. Standard builds usually take anywhere from 6–8 weeks from receiving your order. If you're in a hurry, give me a yell and I'll see what I can do (additional charges may apply). After something more personal? Have a look at a Custom Build.
