Machines are packed properly and sent tracked. Aussie orders go out [carrier]. Overseas orders, get in touch first and we'll sort it. 

Send it back. First 12 months it's on me, after that it's $160 and I'll have it running the way it should. Broken a spring? Flick me the measurements and I'll send one out. 

Every machine is hand made, one at a time, in the order it's booked in. Standard builds are usually 6-8 weeks. Custom builds depend on what you're after. Repairs get turned around as quick as I can manage without rushing the work. Cheers for getting in touch.
