OZ LINER

$600.00
sold out

Built from scratch. Built to last. Built to line.

My own design. Developed and laid out by hand from the ground up, this geometry makes for the perfect day in, day out liner. Built to apply clean lines effortlessly throughout a flat stick day tattooing. If you want a liner that's been thought about properly — not borrowed off something else, not pulled out of a catalogue — this is the one.

Every machine comes standard with the Kanga Screw — a pure silver boxing kangaroo contact screw, cast locally in Melbourne. Developed alongside a mate who shared the same vision: an Aussie staple sitting proud on top of an Aussie machine. You won't find it anywhere else.

The original side plate for the Oz Liner started life on a piece of paper in the shed. Laid out by hand, transferred to a drawing, then sent off to be laser cut locally — and from that drawing, every Oz Liner side plate is identical. Sharp, accurate, and Australian-made from start to finish.

From there, every Oz Liner is built up from raw stock — cut, machined, TIG welded and finished by hand on the bench. There's a set of jigs purpose-built for this frame that keep every machine within the same tolerances and to the same high standard, every time round. That's how you get a one-off feel with the consistency of something properly engineered.

Every one comes fitted with the True Blue Iron vice — my own design, spring-loaded eccentric cam with a 304 stainless cam tooth that'll cop the day in, day out abuse without giving up on you. Takes any tube style, no splitting the base, no mucking about. Less vibration, more rigidity, more time tattooing.

what you get

Every machine is made one at a time, in the order it comes in. Standard builds usually take anywhere from 6–8 weeks from receiving your order. If you're in a hurry, give me a yell and I'll see what I can do (additional charges may apply). After something more personal? Have a look at a Custom Build.
